This museum was a complete design-build project involving demolition of the existing space, installation of an elevator, build out of both retail and theatre spaces, as well as exhibit spaces. The internal size is roughly 7,000 square feet on two levels. Trades involved included mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, electrical generation, rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, and painting, along with full fixtures, furniture and equipment purchase and installation.
